Who We Are
My path to the mechanical trades wasn't a straight line, but every step was driven by a fundamental curiosity about how things work. From growing up on a rural hobby ranch to serving in the military (Active Duty and National Guard), I’ve always been someone who takes things apart to understand the "why" behind the machine.
After years of diverse experience—including working as a union carpenter, owning a landscaping company, and living in Alaska—I channeled that drive into the mechanical field. I began my career in Anchorage, working on residential and light commercial boilers. It was there I realized that these systems aren't just about comfort; in many cases, they are essential for survival. This realization fueled my commitment to excellence and led me to pursue an Associate of Applied Science at Southeast Tech.
My professional journey has provided me with a unique perspective compared to many in the field:
Apprenticeship & Training: I spent two years apprenticing with the HVAC division at Midwestern Mechanical.
Large-Scale Systems: At Sanford Health, I worked on the HVAC and plant maintenance team, gaining in-depth experience with complex system interactions and building automation.
Leadership: Most recently, I served as the Lead Technician for Iron Hide Heating & HVAC, overseeing residential and light commercial service and installations.
I founded Climate Precision LLC because I believe in providing a higher standard of mechanical service. My goal is to combine technical expertise with the problem-solving mindset I’ve developed throughout my career to ensure every system I touch operates at its absolute best.
